Who holds your data
Concilio Solutions operates InterviewOS and is the Data Fiduciary for everything described below. Where this page says “we”, it means Concilio Solutions.

Taking payment
How long we keep it
- Your resume, answers, transcripts and reports
- Until you delete your account, or until you delete them individually
- Payment and credit records
- Kept for 8 years after the transaction even if you delete your account, because company law requires it. They are de-identified when you leave: the amounts remain, your name and account do not
- Security and access logs
- 180 days, as required for reporting cyber incidents. They stop naming you as soon as your account is deleted

Who to complain to
No grievance officer has been appointed yet. Indian data-protection law requires a named person to answer questions and complaints about how your data is handled. Until one is appointed and their contact set on the server, this is an open gap rather than a contact we can give you.
